How can you apply for govment grants w/out buying a package from a company?

I’m online searching for the answer to my question when all I get is the ability to buy the package from companies. I just want the grant Application. The SBA in my area apparently doesn’t support grants. Can anyone help me out?

never have been. [spent 12 yrs researching this]

there are grants for non-profits and it takes about 3 yrs to
get one if you can get one at all.
